Solution

To display a list of all users who have not signed into Okta, follow the video or the steps below:

  1. In the Okta Admin Console, navigate to Reports > Reports.
  2. Click Okta Usage.
  3. Choose the desired period of time that the report should cover and click Request report. The maximum period that can be selected is the previous 90 days.
The report is being generated and will be sent via email when it's ready. This may take several minutes.
  4. Sort or filter the report on the Number of Logins field. Users reported with zero logins have not logged in to Okta during the report period.
