This feature allows customers to easily update their Account Settings, whether or not they are logged in to the End User Dashboard. End User Settings will be available as its own application accessible from the End User Dashboard, with accessibility and UX improvements.

1. Log in to the Admin Console.
2. Navigate to Settings.
3. Click on Features.
4. Locate End User Settings version 2.0. 
5. Click the Toggle to enable the Feature.

NOTE: This feature has been rolled out for general access on PREVIEW environments, and it has been REMOVED from the Settings > Features tab as an Early-Access feature on PREVIEW tenants, as evidenced in the Okta Identity Engine release notes (Preview).
