This article explains the process to cancel an Okta free trial account.

Solution
For non-admins:
Please contact whoever set up the free trial account. Usually, that person is an Okta Admin within the organization.
For Admins:
If an Okta customer under contract, please open a case with Okta Support and request the cancellation of the free trial.
NOTE: Free trial accounts will automatically be deleted after 30 days.
