The Okta Integration Network (OIN) application must be assigned to users to allow them to access applications and display the application icon on their dashboards. 

This article describes how to bulk assign users to the application.

 Follow the steps or video below.

1. Navigate to Directory > Group, and click the Add group button to create a group with a specific name.
2. Search the created group,  click on the group name, click the Assign People button, and assign the users that need to be added from the application to the created group.
3. Navigate to Applications > Applications.
4. Use the Search field to locate the desired app integration by name.
5. Select the app integration to access its settings page.
6. Open the Assignments tab.
7. Click Assign and choose Assign to Groups.
8. In the Assign Application Name to Groups dialog box, press the Assign button next to the name to select the group that should be assigned to the app integration.
9. Confirm that the information displayed in the dialog is accurate.
10. Click Save and Go Back.
11. Click Done.
