Find Information Faster with Improved Search: The global search function now delivers more accurate and relevant results from multiple sources, including the knowledge base, product documentation, Okta Community, Okta Developer Forum and Okta Learning. Enhanced filtering options allow users to narrow down results with greater precision. Additionally, a dedicated search bar is now available directly on the Knowledge Base page to quickly query over 7,000 articles.
Navigate with Ease on the Redesigned Home Page: The redesigned home page and streamlined navigation make it easier than ever to find key resources, from troubleshooting guides to account management tools. The new home page integrates dynamic feeds from both the Okta Community and Developer Forum and provides a direct link to Okta Learning, bringing peer collaboration and official training into a single, unified experience.
Help Shape the Future of Okta Support: The platform now includes built-in feedback mechanisms on articles and pages. This allows users to provide direct feedback on the support content, helping our teams continuously improve the resources and overall support experience.
Core Functionality Remains: While introducing these new enhancements, the core functionalities users rely on remain readily accessible. Users can continue to:
- Create and manage support cases
- Access the full Knowledge Base, product documentation, and release notes
- Engage with customer-focused resources, including Product Hubs and Customer Success Hubs
