• After adding a custom domain, several components configured in the organization, such as applications (including Application Programming Interface (API) service integrations), identity providers, and authorization servers, use this new custom domain in the URLs.
• Removing a custom domain resets the issuer mode of identity providers, authorization servers, and OpenID Connect (OIDC) applications back to the default organization domain.
• Returning from the Admin Console to the End-User Dashboard uses the custom domain in the URL when one is configured in the tenant.
• The login_hint in the Help Center URL points to the custom domain. As a result, the Okta Support Center redirects to the custom domain for login.
