Overview
When a single custom domain is set in the Org, one must authenticate against that custom Domain while accessing Workflows from the Okta Admin Portal.

Cause
While accessing the Workflows console from the Okta Admin Portal, admins may be asked to authenticate again against the Custom Domain. This is expected behavior as Workflows is Custom Domain aware.
Solution
This behavior will not be seen when there is more than one custom domain in the Org, at which point Workflows does not know which custom domain to point to.
Even if not authenticating within a custom domain, future events regarding Workflows licensing may trigger an authentication switch from the Okta default Domain to the Custom Domain (with a single custom).
