This article addresses the situation in which the below error is received when resetting a user's behavior profile:

To reset a user's behavior profile, the behavior profile should contain data, meaning that the user has successfully logged in.
Most of the time, admins receive this error because the behavior profile is empty. If the user has not logged in successfully, meaning they completed MFA when prompted, this attempt is not recorded in the behavior database. If there is no data in the behavior database for the user, the aforementioned error will appear.
