Overview
This article clarifies how to manage security notification emails for users within the system.
Applies To
- New sign-on notification email
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) enrolled notification email
- MFA reset notification email
- Report suspicious activity via email
Solution
To manage email notification settings, follow these steps:
- In the Okta Admin Console, go to Security > General.
- Click Edit next to Security notification emails.
- Modify the settings as required.
- Click Save.
