This article aims to provide a solution for accessibility use cases where the eye icon from the password field cannot be focused on (Tab key) to show/hide the password.

From an accessibility perspective, while authenticating, if needed to focus on the show/hide eye from the password field, the third-generation Sign-In Widget can help due to its accessibility enhancements.
To enable the third-generation Sign-in Widget, please follow these steps:
- In the Admin Console, go to Customizations > Brands.
- Select a brand.
- Go to the Pages tab, and then click Edit or Configure for the Sign-in page.
- Click the Settings tab.
- In the Sign-In Widget version section, click Edit.
- Click the Use Third Generation toggle to activate it.
- Click Save to draft.
- Click Publish.
NOTE: Customizations made in the second-generation Sign-In Widget do not appear if moving to the third generation. To recreate them, please see Style the Sign-In Widget (third generation).
