Solution
To add tips for the Username and Password fields in the sign-in widget, follow these steps:
NOTE: Super Administrator access is necessary to perform the mentioned steps.

Go to the Okta admin console.

Choose Customizations > Brands.
- Select the brand.
- Select Pages.
- Select Configure on the Sign in page.
- Select the Labels tab.
- Under Username & password fields, select Edit.
- Modify the Username info tip field and modify it accordingly.
The entered tip appears on the sign-in widget after completing these steps.
