Overview
The goal of this knowledge article is to clarify if it is possible to customize an email template to be sent when a new Okta user is provisioned and pushed to Active Directory.

Cause
The options for email template customizations are available under Customizations > Brands > <BRAND> > Emails, and if not shown there, further customization may not be available. For this scenario, the Okta User pushed to Active Directory email is not currently customizable.
