In our continuing effort to improve our customers’ security posture and to support the requirement of MFA on the Okta Help Center, the Okta Help Center App available on the Okta Dashboard is being decommissioned. This app will be decommissioned on May 6th, 2024. Users will need to access the Okta Help Center by selecting the Help Center option under the Resources tab.
The following shows the App that will be decommissioned on May 6, 2024.

To access the Okta Help Center, select the Resources dropdown menu and select Help Center. When selecting the link from this Resources dropdown menu, the user is authenticated with the Okta Admin User.
