An Okta Digital Experience account can be used to access both Okta Learning and Okta Certification. To create an account, follow these instructions:

1. Go to learning.okta.com or certification.okta.com.
2. Select the Sign In button at the top right of the page.
3. Select the button labeled Continue with Okta Workforce Identity Cloud.

4. This will present the option to sign in or create an account.
   In the section labeled Not yet an Okta customer?, select the link Sign in or Create an account.
   
   NOTE: This step also applies to Okta for Government Moderate environments (referred to as Okta's OK5 and OK10 cells) who want to access the Okta Learning or Okta Certification sites.

5. Select Sign up.

6. Complete the form using your work email address, and click Sign up.
7. Complete the verification task and select Verify.

8. A notification will display that an email verification has been sent.

9. Find the email verification and select Verify your email.

10. Return to the learning.okta.com or certifications.okta.com site, select Sign in, and use your new account credentials to access the site.
    • During sign-in, a prompt will occur to enroll in a second factor (for example, Okta Verify or Google Authenticator) to use for account recovery. Download the app and follow the instructions. Be sure to save the recovery code.
