BrowserStack Provisioning Error "Unauthorized. Errors reported by remote server: Authorization failure. The authorization header is invalid or missing"

Overview
BrowserStack provisioning flow fails with the following error visible in the Okta dashboard:
Automatic provisioning of user <username> to app BrowserStack failed: Error while verifying if user <username> exists: Unauthorized. Errors reported by remote server: Authorization failure. The authorization header is invalid or missing

Cause
This error appears because the credentials used for creating the API connection are invalid.
Solution
- Go to Okta Admin Console and navigate to Applications > Applications > BrowserStack > Provisioning > Integration > Edit.
- Enter the correct User name and Access Key obtained from BrowserStack.
- Click Test API Credentials, verify the connection is successful, and then click Save.
- Attempt the failed tasks again. Navigate to Dashboard > Tasks. Any failed assignments should appear under Tasks.
- After locating the failed task for the user that should be retried, click on Retry Selected.
