- Blackbaud Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML)
Blackbaud SAML integration does not support Identity Provider (IdP)-initiated authentication flows. Only Service Provider (SP)-initiated flows are supported.
To allow End Users to access the Blackbaud SAML application from the Okta End User Dashboard, a bookmark application will need to be created to Simulate an SP-initiated flow. Use the login URL for Blackbaud as the URL value for the bookmark application.
