Sign in to Microsoft Entra ID/Azure Active Directory (AAD) logs the following login error:
The required field '{name}' is missing from the credential. Ensure that you have all the necessary parameters for the login request.

The user session has expired, and no information about the user is being sent to Entra/Azure. The error reported on the Entra side might be caused by the fact that users do not end their sessions at the end of the day, and sessions expire by the time they get back to login.
End the user's session and clear the cache and cookies. Then, try again with the browser in incognito / private mode.
