The error occurs when trying to set an OIDC Application that does not have the "Initiate login URI" set up in the App Configuration.

In the Admin Dashboard, navigate to the Application intended to be set as the default and proceed to the General tab > General Settings. Input a value for the Initiate login URI field in the OIDC Application settings, and then try again to set it as the Default application for the Sign-In Widget.
