Overview
A new domain on the application side has been created, and it needs to be configured with Okta so that users will be prompted to provide the Okta username/password to authenticate in the new domain.

Cause
This is caused because SAML is always a 1 to 1 ratio.
Solution
If there is already an application in Okta pointing to the old domain, a new application must be created in Okta which will point to the newly created domain.
