Overview
ZScaler provisioning flow fails with the following error visible in the Okta dashboard:

Cause
Solution
- Create a custom attribute with the same name as defined in the ZScaler admin portal for the Display Name field.
- Map the custom mapping (Okta > App) user.firstName + ' ' + user.lastName and ensure this is set as Create/Update.
- Remove user(s) from the application and re-add (or manually work each task in the dashboard)
