Workday Import Error "Inactive prehire returned from Workday"

Overview
The error below can be seen in the Okta System log when some users are not imported from Workday after they are rehired by the company:
Inactive prehire returned from Workday, skipping externalId=previous externalID

Cause
This is due to:
First_Day_Of_Workvalue that is listed under the<wd:Worker_Status_Data>field.First_Day_Of_Workvalue is defined on the wrong field in Workday.
Solution
Update the First_Day_Of_Work value under the <wd:Worker_Status_Data> property on the Workday user object and perform another Full Import. Once it is finished, the user will be created. Also, check that the format of the hire date matches the user's geographical area.
