Supported Provisioning Features for the Okta Expensify Integration

Overview
The Expensify provisioning connector does not support all standard provisioning functions. The Okta integration supports importing users and deactivating users, but does not support provisioning users, updating attributes, pushing groups, importing groups, or syncing passwords.

What provisioning features does the Okta Expensify integration support?
Review the following list of supported provisioning features for the Okta Expensify integration.
- Import Expensify users into Okta.
- Deactivate users in Expensify when Okta removes the user from the integration.
The Okta Expensify integration does not support certain provisioning features.
Review the following list of unsupported provisioning features for the Okta Expensify integration.
- Provision users in Expensify.
- Update user attributes in Expensify.
- Group push from Okta to Expensify.
- Import groups from Expensify to Okta.
- Sync passwords.
NOTE: Deactivation of a user through Okta does not result in the closure of the respective account in Expensify. To offboard an employee, close the account within the domain by following the steps outlined in the How to close or deactivate a Domain Member’s account documentation.
