The Okta integration can:

• Import Expensify users in Okta.

• Deactivate users in Expensify when the user is removed from the Okta integration.

The Okta integration cannot:

• Provision Users in Expensify

• Update User Attributes in Expensify

• Group Push from Okta to Expensify

• Import Groups from Expensify to Okta

• Sync Password

NOTE: Deactivation of a user through Okta does not result in the closure of the respective account in Expensify. For offboarding an employee, it remains necessary to close the account within the domain, adhering to the steps outlined in the relevant support article.
