Overview
UltiPro import fails with the following error visible in the Okta dashboard:
Error while downloading all users: class com.ultipro.dataservices.bidata._2.ReportResponse: An error has occurred. Please try again. If the problem continues, please contact your support representative

Cause
This error is due to the UltiPro Server returning an HTTP response code: 500 for URL: https://XXXX.ultipro.com/services/BIDataService?XXXX.
Solution
- Please contact UltiPro support for further insight into this issue and to determine why the UltiPro Server returned HTTP response code: 500 to Okta.
- Once the Ultipro server issue is resolved, attempt the import again.
