New end users who enroll with Okta Verify are presented with a screen to scan the QR code using their mobile devices (Android, iOS) to complete the enrollment. This article discusses how long a user can leave that page open before they are unable to complete Okta Verify Enrollment.

It takes 10 minutes before the end user is prompted to Refresh code, and the old QR code becomes invalid.
