We have made several enhancements to the Groups directory page (Help Center > Community > Groups). See below or watch the video.
- The default view is now Active Groups so you can see all active groups regardless of whether you are a member or not. This is helpful for community members who have not joined any groups yet and want to see what is available.
- For easier reading, group names are no longer truncated.
- We removed the table view because it did not offer a good experience. Now, the default view is the list view.

- Okta Admins are now able to view the Announcement Center change log.
- This log is the centralized repository for all "moment in time" events that customers need to be aware of. It also serves as a historical log of Okta's major changes.
- To view the Announcement Center, click the megaphone icon on the navigation bar. If there is a new announcement, a red dot will appear to the right of the megaphone icon.

- All community members on the Okta Support Center can now create and manage Groups.
- To get started, follow the steps in this article on creating and managing groups in the Okta Support Center.

- Community members are now able to award each other Recognition Badges.
- To award a badge, go to the member's profile and navigate to the Recognition Badges widget. Then click Give.
- Choose between a variety of custom badges and add a custom note. Then click Give.
- You can view badges that have been awarded to you in the Recognition Badges widget on your personal profile.

In Discussions, you can now click on the user name (not just the profile photo!) to navigate to a user's profile.

- In Discussions, we updated how Best Answers are displayed and added the Best Answer checkbox ✅ to Discussions viewed by all Community members.

- In Groups, Community members outside of Okta will be able to distinguish Okta employees from customers by looking at the tag after the poster's name: (Employee) for Okta employees and (Customer) for customers.
- In Discussions, the threshold for collapsing the thread of answers has been increased from 5-10
