Office 365 import fails with the following error visible in the Import Monitoring section of the Okta admin dashboard:
UserImportJob: Could not download all users from your Office 365 instance, received error: I/O error on GET request for "https://domain.com:83/user/":Read timed out; nested exception is Java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read Timed Out

Most of the time, the error can be fixed by accessing the Office 365 Sign On tab and reauthenticating the Advanced API Access option.
