Solution
Changes made in Google Workspace will not be reflected in Okta until a sync job is triggered. This can be achieved using several methods:
- Navigate to Directory > Profile Editor > {name of the Google integration} User > Add attribute > click Refresh Attribute List.
- Or navigate to Applications > Applications > {name of the Google integration} > Provisioning > Integration > click Edit > click Re-Authenticate with Google Workspaces.
- Or navigate to Applications > Applications > click More > click Refresh Application Data (this method applies to ALL apps on the org).
