Customized help links can be used to provide users with additional help options when attempting to login to Okta:
- In the Okta Admin Console, navigate to Customizations > Brands > Select the brand > Pages > Sign-In Page > Labels > Customized help links.
- Click Edit.
- The Custom Link 1 Text field can be used to customize the label that should be displayed.
- The Custom Link 1 URL field can be used for the user to navigate to a specific page or resource.
- In the example below, the text "Extra Help", when clicked, will navigate the user to the configured URL.
