How to Manage the Okta Interstitial Page

This article outlines steps to disable the default Okta Loading Animation (Interstitial page) that appears when users are redirected to Custom Applications. Instead, users will be shown a blank interstitial page.

NOTE: This applies only to Custom SAML applications.

Steps to disable the loading page animation can be found below:

1. In the Admin Dashboard, navigate to Customizations > Brands.
2. Select a Brand.
3. Click on the Settings tab.
4. In the Loading Page Animation section, select Edit.
5. Check the radio button that says Disable the loading page animation for custom applications.
6. Click Save.
