Solution
To get the mobile-friendly SSO URL for Concur:
- Navigate to the Concur app in Okta > Sign on tab.
- Click on Identity Provider Metadata.
- The SSO URL can be found in that file. It would be a link that starts with the Okta org and ends in /sso/saml. Example: https://organization.okta.com/app/concur/exkaslkdjflskjdflkjsd/sso/saml
