If an attribute in Okta consists of CSV values like "value1,value2", then Okta Access Gateway (OAG) will only assign the first value before the comma. To get the full value, the record number and delimiter must be set for the mapped attribute.

The steps below are to configure the settings needed for CSV values. Similarly, other delimiters can be set as per the requirement:

1. Click on the pencil icon to edit the application in OAG and click Next to go to the Attributes page.
2. Click on the pencil icon for the mapped attribute to edit it.
3. Change Rec # and Delm as per below:
   • Rec# = @
   • Delm = ,  
4. Click on Okay to save the attribute and Done to save the application.
