Solution

Navigate to Settings > Downloads in the Okta Admin Console.

Download and install the Okta Verify app.

Launch the Okta Verify App.

Click on Get Started. Click Next.

If an account already exists, click on Use another account.

In the 'First, enter the sign-in URL' window, enter the Okta OIE org, i.e, myoktaorg.okta.com. Click Next.

A browser window will launch. Enter the credentials of the user to add. Go ahead and enter the username and password.
NOTE: If an existing session is active, the browser will attempt to log in using that user's session. Please make sure to log out of that account so that the correct account is added. -
Okta Verify will successfully add the user account to the app.

Repeat step 4 again to add other accounts.
