This article describes how to stop the "Email Change Confirmed" notifications from being sent to end users.

Solution

Follow the steps or video below.

  1. In the Okta Admin tenant, navigate to Customizations > Brands > Emails.
  2. Select the Email Change Confirmed Notification email template.
  3. Locate the Audience section to select who should receive the email change confirmations.
  4. Click Edit.
  5. Select Admin only.
  6. Click Update.
