During the installation of the Okta Integrated Windows Authentication (IWA) Web App, users may encounter the following error message when the Okta Org page prompts for login credentials to the Okta Service Account:
There is a problem with this website's security certificate
- IWA Desktop SSO
- Okta IWA Web App
- Internet Explorer
- Okta Classic Engine
- Open Internet Explorer and click on Tools or the gear icon.
- Then click on Internet Options > Advanced tab.
- Navigate to the Security subheading and remove the check marks on both the Check for publisher’s certificate revocation and Check for server certificate revocation options.
- Click OK and then click Apply.
