This article addresses an error that occurs during the installation of the Okta On-Prem Provisioning (OPP) agent. During the installation, the following error is returned:

There is a problem with this website's security certificate.

• Okta On-Prem Provisioning (OPP)
• Production tenants in okta-emea.com
• Okta Classic Engine

This error occurs because an incomplete URL for the Okta tenant is entered during the installation. Production tenants hosted in okta-emea.com must use the complete URL.

1. During the installation of the Okta OPP agent, locate the Okta Customer Domain field.
2. Enter the complete URL for the Okta tenant. For example, if the tenant is acme.okta-emea.com, enter https://acme.okta-emea.com.
