Overview
This article addresses an error that occurs during the installation of the Okta On-Prem Provisioning (OPP) agent. During the installation, the following error is returned:
There is a problem with this website's security certificate.

Cause
This error occurs because an incomplete URL for the Okta tenant is entered during the installation. Production tenants hosted in okta-emea.com must use the complete URL.
Solution
- During the installation of the Okta OPP agent, locate the Okta Customer Domain field.
- Enter the complete URL for the Okta tenant. For example, if the tenant is
acme.okta-emea.com, enter https://acme.okta-emea.com.
