Google Workspace incremental import fails with the following error visible in the Okta dashboard:
Invalid data value for REFERENCE 'orgUnitPath' (type=GoogleOrganizationUnit)
- Google Workspace
- Provisioning
- Error
This error can be resolved in three ways.
Performing a Full Import

Perform a full import from Google Workspace rather than an incremental import. This should also refresh the app data for Google Workspace.
- There will be times when the error occurs during the full import. If that is the case, proceed with one of the following options.
Re-authenticating the API Credentials (only applies to the Google Workspace app)

Go to the Provisioning > Integration section of the Google Workspace app in Okta.

Click on Re-authenticate with Google Workspace (enter the service account used for enabling provisioning and successfully complete the process) and click Save.
Refreshing the Application Data (applies to all applications that have provisioning enabled)

Go to the Applications section in the Okta Admin dashboard.

Click the More button, and then click Refresh App Data. This should update the group information.
