FastPass Will not Open when Using the ZScaler Applications Embedded Browser

Overview
FastPass will not open when using the ZScaler application's embedded browser. When clicking the Open FastPass button, nothing happens.
The FastPass application only hangs with Zscaler and the embedded browser. It is working correctly with other applications.

Solution
The solution is to enable browser-based authentication within the Zscaler application.
To enable browser-based authentication:
- In the Zscaler Client Connector Portal, go to Administration.
- In the left-side navigation, select Platform Settings.
- Select the platform tab where required to enable browser authentication.
- Select Browser-Based Authentication. For macOS, the Use Default Browser option is required to use the default browser for authentication.
- Click Save.
If there is no option for Browser-Based Authentication, please call Zscaler and ask them to enable this function.
