Overview
CultureAI provisioning flow fails with the following error visible in the Okta dashboard:
Automatic provisioning of user <username> to app CultureAI failed: Error while verifying if user <username> exists: Forbidden. Errors reported by remote server: Invalid JSON: Unrecognized token 'Unauthorized': was expecting (JSON String, Number, Array, Object or token 'null', 'true' or 'false') at [Source: (String)"Unauthorized"; line: 1, column: 13]

Cause
Solution
- Go to Okta Admin Console and navigate to Applications > Applications > CultureAI > Provisioning > Integration > Edit.
- Enter the API Token received from CultureAI in the API Token field.
- Click Test API Credentials, verify the connection was successful, and then click Save.
- Attempt the failed tasks again. Navigate to Dashboard > Tasks. Any failed assignments should appear under Tasks.
- After locating the failed task for the user that should be retried, click on Retry Selected.
