This article explains whether it is possible to change an already-configured domain on Google Workspace

Solution
Once the Google Workspace app is created on the Okta side, the domain cannot be changed. The application in Okta links to the domain initially provided, and an API call to change the domain is impossible.
Create a new Google Workspace app and configure the application with the new domain.
