Cause
If an application has the Auto Launch feature enabled in its General tab, the users will have the feature enabled at the application's tile level on their end-user dashboards, but only during the assignment process.
Solution
To disable the feature, after unchecking the box in the application's general settings, users must be unassigned and then reassigned to the application. Simply unchecking the option will have no effect on currently assigned users. It applies only to newly assigned users.
