Auditor (Read-Only) mode Early Access feature — not visible in Feature Settings
Hi team,
I'm trying to enable the "Auditor (Read-Only) mode" feature for admin role assignments (documented here: https://help.okta.com/oie/en-us/content/topics/security/custom-admin-role/auditor-admin-setting.htm), but I can't find it under Settings > Features (Early Access) in our org.
I confirmed:
- I'm a Super Admin on the org
- The feature is listed as Early Access in the official docs
- The toggle isn't in our Features page
I'd also like to open a support case to request it be enabled, but I'm getting "You Do Not Have Access to Create a Case" on the Support Center, even though the docs state Case Admin permission should be assigned by default to Super Admins.
Could someone from the Okta team help enable this Early Access feature for our org, or point me to the right way to request it?

Please note that free trial/integrator accounts are outside of support scope.
If the Early Access feature is not listed for self-service enablement, you will need to leverage a paid account to open a support request to have it enabled.

Okta support was able to enable "Auditor (Read-Only) mode" feature for our preview tenant.
It is only visible during admin's role assignment.
