Hey there
We are configuring provisioning from Okta into Entra using the Microsoft 365 app from the okta gallery. When I save the provisioning settings I get an error UNEXPECTED_ERROR
In the logs I see this over and over:
Unable to enable Office 365 directory sync for the company, received error: javax.xml.ws.WebServiceException: java.lang.RuntimeException: Invalid URL=https://provisioningapi.microsoftonline.com/ProvisioningWebService.svc
FAILURE:
This URL doesn't load at all for me or for anyone else as far as I know. This doesn't appear to be an issue with my config but more fundamental to the okta M365 app.
Does anyone know where I can go from here?
PS I found some articles in the KB about the headline error, but they had different log entries underneath.

Hi @EwanM.09797 (Customer) , Thank you for reaching out to the Okta Community!
The issue could be related to Graph API enablement on the Entra side.
Please review the Graph API update reference documentation for details:
Update Office 365 Applications with Provisioning to Support Microsoft Graph
If you had a Manual Federation implementation, please check Update Okta Office 365 App Instance with Manual Federation to Support Microsoft Graph
If you continue experiencing issues with the implementation, please open a ticket to work with our colleagues from the Okta Support team.
If my answer helped, remember to mark it as best to increase its visibility for other members of the Okta Community who might have the same questions as you.
Hope my answer helps!

I opened a case.
Understood. It could be Directory sync related (you mention reviewing some docs, not sure if you looked into this one yet), but it's better if you review the issue/configuration in detail with my Okta Support colleagues. They can set up a meeting with you to go over things.
