I would like to request the deletion of my Okta organization.

    If you have a paid account with us, please reach out to your Okta Account Executive to discuss the contract cancelation and org deactivation. 

    If you don't have your Okta Account Executive's contact information, please open a case with our colleagues from the Okta Support team and they will reach out internally for details, validation and clarifications. 

     

    If you have a free trial/developer/integrator account, please note that these fall outside of the scope of support. Trial orgs are automatically deactivated once the trial period has elapsed and the integrator orgs don't expire, but will be automatically deactivated after 180 days of inactivity unless you submit an app to the OIN

     

    You can submit a request via this form for data deletion for privacy reasons, if needed. This is handled by a different team and is not intended for email re-use.
