Hello,
I use KeyBank to run our church's business side of things - we use KeyCard Debit Cards. It is only me logging in - there is no administrative account, no IT, etc.
In order to access the key2businesscard.com website, KeyBank has not switched to using OKTA Verify.
Of the 4 laptops I have, I can only get it to work and sign me in on 1 of them - the oldest one. First time I used it - using the BRAVE browser, I downloaded OKTA, went through the steps, put in my Windows Hello PIN, and it signed me in. No problem at all.
For all 3 of the other laptops, I have tried absolutely everything but cannot get it to work on any of them. I have tried multiple browsers, cleared the caches, re-installed the program...you name it, I've tried it. I've been stuck for about a month now - read numerous trouble shooting articles - all to no avail.
Every sign-in attempt gets stuck at the screen that says, CHECK YOUR BROWSER and below that, "to continue, we'll need to verify your identity". The blue circle spins and spins and nothing ever happens after that.
I have never been so frustrated with a program in my whole life and hope that someone can reach out and give me some guidance. I can't imagine the solution is very complicated but so far i've gotten nowhere.
Thanks.

Hello @aaronc.72043 (Customer) Thank you for posting on our Community page!
The Okta Community Questions forum isn't really meant for in-depth troubleshooting.
I would recommend to open a case with Support, then continuing the discussion with the assigned Technical Support Engineers. They'll be able to access additional tools and resources to help you get to the bottom of it.
Thank you for reaching out to our Community and have a great day!
