OKTA SHOWS SUCCESS BUT FGPP DOES NOT RESPOND.

Each time I would send a push notification, the customer would get it and approve but then on my end, fgpp, the system we use for wires, would tell me the verification failed. I went into his okta profile to see the logs and all of them have been successful so Im not sure what it could be.
