I am trying to force an update to my users licenses in Zoom from Okta because sometimes our admins will update users licenses in Zoom (instead of changing their group in Okta). Since Okta doesn't know these users licenses have changed, it won't update them in Zoom to the license that Okta knows they should have.
I know that if I change the priority of my groups assigned to my Okta application, it will sync the users with the right licenses from Okta. I want to do this daily with a workflow. I see how to add a group to an app, but I don't see how to change the priority. Is that something we can do with workflows?

Hello @KathyT.73511 (Anthropic Identity) Thank you for posting on our Community page!
While I am sure this can be archived using Workflow, the fastest way to resolve this would be to do a Force Sync from the Zoom application in Okta and this will sync the correct values from Okta to Zoom.
Why the "Force Sync" approach is usually better:
Surgical: It only updates the users who are actually "out of sync."
Audit Trail: It shows clearly in the Okta System Log that Workflows corrected a specific user's license.
Reliability: Changing group priorities can sometimes have unintended side effects if users belong to multiple complex permission sets.
Thank you for reaching out to our Community and have a great day!
