Genesys Cloud integration missing SAML Assertation Encryption feature
Hello,
Genesys Cloud recently released (November 10, 2025) a new feature: “SAML assertion decryption support for single sign-on integrations.”
While other SSO integrations support SAML Assertion Encryption (General → SAML Settings → Assertion Encryption), this option appears to be missing from the integration installed via Okta’s App Catalog.
Please advise on how we can enable SAML Assertion Encryption for this specific Okta App Catalog integration? Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

General → SAML Settings → Assertion Encryption typically refers to Custom SAML app implementations, the UI is slightly different for Okta Integration Network (OIN) catalog apps.
The OIN apps are maintained by their respective vendors. You will need to reach out to the service provider to request that they update the current version of the app listed in the OIN.
