Hi,
All the okta apps are automatically unassigned when a user is deactivated but we have this weird case for one user where he still have 2 okta apps assigned after deactivation. These apps are github enterprise. We don't have provisioning enabled for these apps and I could not find any errors in the system log.
User are don't have any of those groups assigned but the apps show as assigned via groups.
Has anyone seen this behaviour and know what might be causing it and a possible solution ?

This is not the expected behavior for this use case.
I recommend opening a support ticket for an in-depth investigation of your current configuration and events/logs to identify the root cause. Our colleagues from the Okta Support Team will be able to access additional tools and resources to help you get to the bottom of it.
