How to find the Okta Outbound IPs for my production instance

Hi All,

We are trying to apply whitelisting for Okta event hooks in our production environment.

If we navigate to our meta URL: <org>.okta.com/.well-known/okta-organization

It returns: "cell": "ok8".

However if we navigate to the ip ranges URL, there isn't anything resembling ok8?

s3.amazonaws.com/okta-ip-ranges/ip_ranges.json

Our 2 non-prod environments specify "op3" which I'm assuming maps to: preview_cell_3 and running some tests have shown the outbound ip's existed in that grouping.
