Invalid email error while accessing Google via Okta
A user cannot access their Google Workspace via the Okta Dashboard in her Macbook. User cannot also access it when normally logging into Google. But, strangely user can access google apps in her phone. Tried changing connections, using other browsers and incognito mode, disabling VPN, accessing the dashboard in mobile browser, but still no luck. Is this an Okta issue or does the issue lie in the Google side?

It could be something similar to this. I recommend starting from your Okta Admin dashboard > Applications > Google > Assignments > People. Search for the affected user, click on the edit option (pencil) to see what username/email value is listed for the user to make sure it's the expected one.
Once confirmed, maybe do a SAML trace to confirm that is the value being passed in the SAML assertion during the user's login attempt from the PC.
